Tests show no permanent damage to Ware or Barber
The Dallas Cowboy faithful can breathe a sigh of relief, as tests showed no damage to stars DeMarcus Ware or Marion Barber. Both left the Thanksgiving win over Seattle with injuries. Ware, who had three sacks and now leads the NFL with 15, hyper-extended his left knee in the third quarter and didn`t return. His MRI results showed no further damage.
Barber hurt his right fifth toe late in the second quarter and tried to return in the second half. You could tell it was bothering him, as he left and didn`t return after just one carry. His MRI showed no damage as well. These are two stars that Dallas can not afford to lose as they make an attempt for the postseason. Tony Romo and Jason Witten just returned from injuries, and Dallas is really playing great right now. They must stay healthy to even have a chance at postseason.
