Game Over For Pacman Jones in Dallas
The Dallas Cowboys have released often troubled cornerback/returnman Adam “Pacman” Jones after just one season with the team. There was a show on ESPN set to air Sunday, on a shooting that was allegedly involved the Cowboys cornerback. He ordered someone or some persons to be shot at after he was suspended by Commissioner Roger Goodell back in 2007.
Jones said the report was not true and told the Dallas Morning News: “It will be a lawsuit in a week against ESPN. That’s stupid. It’s so stupid I have no more comments.” Dallas traded for Jones before the season, even though he had been suspended before because of a host of off-field incidents. Jones agent said of the release that Jones was surprised and hurt at the Cowboys decision. Jones was arrested 6 times before coming to Dallas in the off-season.

As a Dallas fan, I am glad they finally canned Pacman Jones. He was trouble from the start.
